Christ-Centered Deliverance Ministry

My Deliverance Journey

For most of my life, I understood the world through the lenses of emotional dysregulation, resentment, shame, unresolved trauma, and the instability that came from growing up with a mentally ill parent. Fear, anger, resistance, and self-protection shaped far more of my thinking than I realized at the time. Looking back, I can see how these wounds influenced my relationships, my identity, and even my understanding of God.

Over the past several years, however, the Lord has taken me on an incredible journey of transformation. Through His grace, He has taught me to take personal responsibility rather than assign blame, to forgive rather than cling to resentment, to repent rather than justify myself, and to place my faith more fully in Jesus Christ. That journey has changed nearly every area of my life and became the foundation for much of my work as a Christ-centered resilience coach.

Yet despite years of sincere growth, prayer, biblical study, coaching, and intentional work, I eventually came to recognize that there were still areas of my life that remained stubbornly resistant to change. Certain fears, thought patterns, and spiritual struggles seemed to survive every breakthrough. It became increasingly clear that while our thoughts, habits, and experiences profoundly shape us, there are times when the battle is also spiritual.

My journey into Christian healing and deliverance began with considerable skepticism. I had seen enough emotionalism and sensationalism to be cautious. But after personally experiencing a biblically grounded deliverance session, I encountered a level of freedom that I had never experienced before. The constant internal noise that had followed me for decades became remarkably quiet. Long-standing fears and areas of spiritual oppression that had resisted years of effort simply lost their grip. The experience was not frightening or theatrical. It was peaceful, prayerful, deeply Christ-centered, and profoundly freeing.

That experience transformed my understanding of spiritual warfare. I do not believe deliverance replaces personal responsibility—it restores it. Deliverance removes spiritual obstacles that cloud our thinking, distort our identity, and keep us trapped in cycles of fear, shame, resentment, and bondage. Freedom still requires repentance, forgiveness, renewing the mind, healing from trauma, and daily obedience to Christ. Deliverance is not the destination. It is often the doorway through which genuine discipleship and lasting transformation can flourish.

My Training

Following my own experience of freedom, I pursued formal training with Richard Gartrell of Deep Healing Ministries in Atlanta. Richard’s ministry is built upon the inner healing and deliverance model developed by Dr. Charles Kraft and described in his book Two Hours to Freedom.

The Kraft Method emphasizes compassionate listening, dependence upon the Holy Spirit, biblical authority, and helping individuals identify spiritual strongholds, wounds, lies, unforgiveness, and areas of oppression while always keeping Jesus Christ at the center of the process. Rather than focusing on dramatic manifestations, this model is gentle, thoughtful, and deeply pastoral. The goal is not simply to remove oppression, but to help people experience the freedom Christ has already won for them and to walk in that freedom as mature disciples.

An Invitation

If you find yourself trapped in patterns that seem to resist every sincere effort to overcome them, I would be honored to walk alongside you. I offer confidential, Christ-centered deliverance sessions that combine biblical prayer, inner healing, resilience coaching, and practical discipleship. My desire is not to create dependence on a ministry, but to help people experience the freedom Jesus promised and equip them to continue walking in that freedom with confidence and spiritual maturity.

Although I am a certified Christ-centered resilience coach, speaker, and teacher, I believe deliverance ministry is fundamentally an act of the Holy Spirit rather than a professional service. Because of that conviction, I do not feel it is ethically appropriate to charge a fee for deliverance itself.

A typical session lasts approximately three hours. I gladly offer my time as an extension of the grace that has been shown to me. If, after your session, you feel led to leave a donation to support this ministry and help compensate me for the time invested, it is sincerely appreciated—but it is never expected, required, or a condition of receiving ministry.

If you would like to learn more or schedule a session, I invite you to contact me through DallasBono.com. Whether your struggle involves fear, shame, anxiety, unforgiveness, recurring temptation, spiritual oppression, or simply a desire to walk more freely with Christ, I would be honored to pray with you and help you pursue the freedom that is available through Him

Requirements and Expectations:Jesus Is Essential

Deliverance ministry is not about the abilities, wisdom, or power of the person leading the session. It is entirely the work of Jesus Christ through the Holy Spirit.

For that reason, I ask that anyone seeking a deliverance session has already accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. Deliverance is not a substitute for salvation, nor is it a way to bypass a relationship with Christ. Without Jesus, there is no true freedom. Every session is centered on His authority, His grace, His truth, and His desire to heal and restore.

You Must Desire Freedom for Yourself

Deliverance cannot be done against someone’s will.

I cannot minister to a reluctant spouse whose husband or wife wants them “fixed.” I cannot minister to a teenager simply because a parent believes they need deliverance. Nor can I force someone into freedom if they are unwilling to surrender their own heart to Christ.

Throughout the Gospels, Jesus invited people to come to Him willingly. In the same way, deliverance begins with a sincere desire to seek Him. No one comes with perfect faith, but there must be an openness to the Holy Spirit and a willingness to let Jesus reveal truth and bring healing.

Deliverance Is Not a Replacement for Therapy

Deliverance and therapy serve different purposes, and I believe many people benefit from both.

Professional counseling and psychotherapy help people understand their experiences, process emotions, develop healthy coping skills, and build practical strategies for living well. Those are valuable gifts.

Deliverance approaches healing from a different perspective. Rather than simply bringing painful memories to the surface and learning to manage them, we prayerfully invite the Holy Spirit into those places of pain. Together we seek to identify lingering wounds, lies we have believed, unforgiveness, resentments, fears, unhealthy spiritual attachments, and areas of oppression that continue to influence the present.

The goal is not merely to cope with the past, but to surrender it completely to Jesus Christ, trusting Him to speak truth where there have been lies, forgiveness where there has been bitterness, peace where there has been fear, and freedom where there has been bondage.

What You Can Expect

Deliverance sessions are conducted with compassion, confidentiality, and respect. Sessions typically last about three hours, allowing time for conversation, prayer, listening, and following the leading of the Holy Spirit.

No one is pressured to disclose more than they are comfortable sharing, and no one is coerced into any spiritual experience. We simply invite Jesus into the places where freedom is needed and trust Him to do what only He can do.

My role is not to perform something extraordinary or to “fix” anyone. My role is simply to listen, pray, discern, and cooperate with the Holy Spirit.

Jesus Christ is the Deliverer.

He is the One who heals.
He is the One who sets captives free.

I am simply a willing servant pointing people toward Him.
